Al Dikan

Al Dikan Sweets and Assortments is a medium sized assorted sweets company based in Kuwait, currently with three stores around the city area.  Their main operation centers on providing customers with unique selection of chocolate and traditional sweets for special occasions like weddings, birthdays etc. They have a wide selection and vast product range spanning over 40 in number. Al Dikan also employ chef’s who are regionally acknowledged for their expertise, to product test samples of all their product range.

      • inDigit successfully implemented for Al-Dikan a feasibility study for expansion of their business into the wider GCC and also for improvement of their management and production capacity. The feasibility study also contained a detailed marketing plan as well as an in-depth study of the company’s main competitors.
      • inDigit’s team of business consultants is currently moving into the next phase of this project with the actual implementation of a business plan which has been built in conjunction with the client by selecting the suitable areas from the feasibility study in line with budget and time constraints. We hope to have the whole business plan implemented and all areas operating and fully functional by close of 2008.
